Missoula Rape Suspect Appears in Court [AUDIO]
18 year-old Leo H. Green appeared via video in Justice Court from the Missoula County Jail accused of felony sexual intercourse without consent.
Green, a student at Willard Alternative High School, appeared before Judge John Odlin who set bail in the amount of $75,000.
Green was arrested early Saturday morning, after a 9-1-1 call to Missoula Police to assist University of Montana police with an incident that occurred on Laurin Court. According to court documents, Green and his girlfriend, identified as 19 year-old Tatyona Northcutt decided to have a three-way sexual encounter with Jane Doe, who was reportedly only 13 years old.
Green was arrested and transported to the Missoula County jail and held on $50,000 bond. After Monday's court appearance, Judge Odlin set Green's bail at $75,000.
The maximum sentence for the felony charge of sexual intercourse without consent is life in prison, with a possible $50,000 fine. Judge Odlin appointed a public defender for Green.
