Missoula police are asking the public's help in identifying a suspect who is sought for vandalizing the North Side pedestrian footbridge.

The unidentified male was captured on surveillance video spray painting areas of the bridge. Later it was discovered he had painted and defaced the bridge with stickers that say “Rape Nation” along with a stencil of a bear paw in black paint. Over the past two weeks, this same graffiti has been discovered on several buildings in the downtown area of Missoula.

Anyone with information as to the identity of the suspect is asked to call Officer Bob Franke of Missoula Police Department at (406) 396-3188, or Crime Stoppers at (406) 721-4444.
