Missoula Police Investigate Brooks Street Armed Robbery [AUDIO]

Missoula police report that an armed man robbed The Crystal Limit on Brooks Street in Missoula on Monday morning, February 3.

Missoula Police Department Public Information Officer Travis Welsh said that the call came in to 9-1-1 at 10:41 a.m.

"A male entered The Crystal Limit, located at 1920 Brooks Street, and while brandishing a handgun, demanded the cash that was in the till," Welsh said. "The suspect is described as a white male with brown hair and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a white bandana over his face and black sunglasses. He's about 5 feet 11 inches tall, with a thin build. He was wearing black pants and shoes. and was carrying a backpack and possibly a Walmart grocery bag. He was last seen on foot headed west. No one was injured during the incident, and the officers cleared the scene before noon on Monday."

Welsh said the suspect is still at large, and anyone with information is asked to call the Missoula Police Department at 552-6300, or Missoula Crimestoppers at 721-44-44.

The Crystal Limit is a store that offers beads, crystals and handmade jewelry.
