27 year-old Christopher Harling appeared via video in Missoula Justice Court of Friday afternoon charged with felony sexual abuse of children, and having a pot growing operation in his home.

Deputy County Attorney Jennifer Clark said police received a tip that Harling was in possession of child pornography.

"He was charged with one count of sexual abuse of children, a felony, and one misdemeanor count of having a marijuana grow operation in his home," Clark said.

According to court records, Harling was found to be in possession of over 32,000 images and 278 videos depicting child pornography, along with a large grow tent, a ballast, ducting, grow light and other drug making materials at his home at 101 1/2 Keith Avenue.

Clark said the judge set bail at $10,000. Harling then posted bond, and was released from the jail on condition that he not have access to any computers or internet, and no contact with children under 18.
