Missoula Man Charged With Child Rape [AUDIO]

31 year-old Sean Timothy Quinlan was charged in Missoula justice court on Tuesday with sexual intercourse without consent and endangering the welfare of a child for allegedly giving a 13 year-old girl alcohol and then raping her.
Deputy Missoula County Attorney Jordan Kilby says if found guilty of misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child, Quinlan could receive up to 6 months in jail and up to a $500.00 fine. If found guilty of felony sexual intercourse without consent, he could receive a sentence of up to life in prison and a $50,000 fine.
After his court appearance, Quinlan was placed in the Missoula County jail on $50,000 bond.
