Missoula Man Charged With Assaulting Two Women With Handgun [AUDIO]

32 year-old Brandon Wolters of Missoula has been charged with two counts of assault with a weapon for allegedly waving and pointing a handgun at two women on Thursday afternoon at a residence on Whitaker Drive. Missoula Police Detective Sergeant Ed McLean says Wolters became angry with Jennifer Uhl and threatened her with a semi-automatic handgun. McLean says Emily Allen witnessed the incident.
When questioned by detectives, Wolters adamantly denied the incident and that he owned a rifle but did not even own a handgun. Wolters was arrested on two counts of felony assault with a weapon, as well as crminal posession of dangerous drugs and criminal possession with intent to distribute. Wolters was placed on a total of $250,000 bond for the three felonies.
