Missoula Man Arrested For Fourth DUI [DOCUMENT] [AUDIO]

54 year-old Timothy Felde of Missoula was arrested Tuesday for his fourth DUI after being involved in an injury accident on the 200 block of North Russell.
Court records indicate that police officers tested Felde for driving while intoxicated and transported him to St. Patrick Hospital for a blood draw. When officers returned to take Felde to jail, he had already left the hospital and returned home. Officers found him at his residence on Howell Street where he was taken into custody.Court records indicate DUI convictions in 1987 and two in 1991.
Deputy Missoula County Attorney Karla Painter says Felde posted a $10,000 surety bond where Judge Karen Orzech released him on several conditions.
