The Montana Worksite Health Promotion Conference, hosted by the Montana Worksite Health Promotion Coalition and the Department of Public Health and Human Services Cardiovascular Health Program, was held May 2nd through the 3rd in Helena. The conference awarded 25 Montana employers who have met the criteria for excellence in worksite health promotion. These 25 employers have put in place worksite health promotion programs that have had a positive impact on their employees’ health. Missoula County received the Gold award for its Worksite Health Promotion Program.

This year is the first time in the history of the awards that nine Montana employers will receive a Gold award, which is the highest award a worksite can achieve.
