Retired navy vice admiral Dennis McGinn was invited by State Senator Ryan Zinke, of Whitefish, and Representative Mike Phillips, of Bozeman, to explain how those topics are related. McGinn says Montana could be a leader in transforming energy production away from oil dependence.
