March For Babies

Communities all throughout the State will  be participating in  "March For Babies," the March of Dimes' largest fundraiser. Each year, about 20,000 companies get involved in the fundraising event. They continue to do so  even in the difficult economy. Company teams raised $80 million last year. The money raised in march for babies, funds important research and programs that help babies begin healthy lives. President of the "March of Dimes”, Dr. Jennifer House says volunteers are the driving force behind the foundation.
