Man Sought In Armed Robbery Of Helena Restaurant
Authorities are looking for a man who robbed a Helena restaurant at gunpoint.
Police Chief Troy McGee says the suspect entered the Suds Hut Famous Chicken on North Montana Avenue at about 12:15 a.m. Monday with a handgun in one hand and a duffel bag in the other and left with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The man, described as having a husky frame, was wearing a black mask, sunglasses, black pants, a black hooded sweat shirt and light-colored gloves.
Two employees were in the restaurant at the time of the robbery. No injuries were reported.
