Man Gets Prison Time for Sex With Girl

A 57-year-old man has been sentenced to eight to 12 years in prison for having sex with a 13-year-old girl in Cheyenne.

Narciso Ludi also received 20 years of supervised probation after his prison term for felony second-degree sexual abuse of a minor.

He was sentenced Thursday by Laramie County District Judge Catherine Rogers, who said the sentence was based on the court's obligation to keep the community safe.

The Wyoming Tribune Eagle reports that court documents say Ludi began the relationship with the girl in January 2010 when she was in seventh grade and included Ludi providing the girl alcohol.
