Man Gets 6 Life Terms, 100 Years For Child Rape
A 58-year-old man accused of raping a 7-year-old Billings girl has been sentenced to six consecutive life terms without parole, plus 100 years.
District Judge Gregory Todd sentenced Lucien Sidney Bonck III as a persistent felony offender on Tuesday for three counts of rape and three counts of sexual assault. Bonck also was designated a Level III sex offender.
He was convicted in February of raping the girl in 2002. Todd added the 100-year term for tampering because Bonck tried to convince his son to lie during the trial.
Bonck has a long criminal history that includes convictions for armed robbery, burglary and drunken driving.
He also was previously convicted of raping an 8-year-old Billings boy, for which he received a 20-year sentence.
