Man Dies in Single-Vehicle Crash on I-15

Butte-Silver Bow County authorities say a 69-year-old man died in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 15.

Coroner officials say Paul Pack of Alberta, Canada, crashed his semi-truck in the Moose Creek area on Sunday morning.

The Montana Highway Patrol says the truck was headed northbound on the interstate when it went off the roadway on a curve.

The truck went over the median, over the frontage road and struck an embankment.

Parker died at the scene.

The Montana Standard reports road conditions were wet, and alcohol and speed did not appear to be factors in the crash.
