Lights Are Ready For Spring Game [AUDIO]

Griz nation will sit under the new lights at Washington Grizzly stadium Saturday evening at 6 pm during the final spring scrimmage. Installation of the new permanent lights was finished Wednesday night.

I spoke with Associate Athletic Director for Special Events Chuck Maes about the lights and the changes to the stadium on Thursday afternoon. Maes says even though the new lights will be available for the upcoming football season, there are no night games on the schedule, due to the Root sports TV contract.
