The Montana Attorney General reports prescription drugs kill 300 Montanans every year, making them more deadly than meth, heroin, and cocaine, combined.The house has approved legislation that would make it a crime to lie to a doctor to obtain prescription drugs. Representative Tim  Furey of Milltown , says the current law isn't clear enough to successfully prosecute those who go from doctor to doctor to get prescriptions they don't medically need.
