The Montana women’s basketball team rallied from a five-point halftime deficit to post a 64-57 victory over Idaho Sunday afternoon at Dahlberg Arena. The Lady Griz trailed 33-28 at the break, then held the Vandals to 24 second-half points to win despite shooting just 31.9 percent.

Montana is 2-2 despite its fourth straight abysmal performance from 3-point range. The Lady Griz went 4 for 27 Sunday (.148) and are now 8 for 70 (.114) for the season.

Junior center Katie Baker, who never came out in the second half and played 36 minutes, led both teams with 22 points on 10-of-18 shooting. She grabbed six rebounds and blocked three shots.

Montana plays at Portland next Sunday at 3 p.m. (MT).
