University of Montana women’s basketball coach Robin Selvig announced Thursday that four high school seniors – three from Montana and one from Washington – have signed National Letters of Intent and will join the Lady Griz as freshmen in 2012-13.

Signing were Shanae Gilham of Bozeman, Mont.; Molly Klinker of Fairfield, Mont.; DJ Reinhardt of Missoula, Mont.; and Rachel Staudacher of Bothell, Wash.

Gilham, a 5-10 forward, is a senior at Bozeman High. She played her freshman season at Browning High before transferring to Bozeman.

Gilham was a member of the Hawks’ state championship team in 2009-10 as a sophomore and led BHS in scoring as a junior (12.7/g) for a team that went 22-2 and placed third at the state tournament.

Klinker, a 6-0 forward, is a senior at Fairfield High. She was a Great Falls Tribune Super-State selection as both a sophomore and junior and comes out of one of the best small-school programs in the state.

The Eagles have won three of the last four Class B state championships. Klinker was an all-tournament selection as a sophomore when Fairfield lost in the title game to Malta. She was tournament MVP as a junior when the Eagles won the championship.

Reinhardt, a 5-7 guard, is a senior at Sentinel High. She and the Spartans are coming off a state runner-up finish at the Class AA state tournament, where Reinhardt earned all-tournament honors.

Reinhardt, who has started since her sophomore season, averaged a team-high 12.7 points per game as a junior to earn all-state honors. She also led the team in assists and 3-point and free throw percentages.

Staudacher, a 6-1 forward, is a senior at Cedar Park Christian. She was the Emerald City League MVP as a junior and an all-state selection after averaging 22 points, 9 rebounds, 6 steals and 6 assists per game for the Eagles.
