The Soroptimists of Hamilton are going “hog wild” at July 28th Daly Days in Hamilton.

They’ve already been hugely successful with their annual Kiss The Pig contest, with winners like County Commissioner J.R. Iman last year (On the left in the photo).

This year, the women are adding their first annual Weiner Dog Race and will follow that with a Hog Calling Contest.

All three events will be right on Main Street in Hamilton, at or near a new stage area, where music and other entertainment is planned during the annual celebration of Hamilton’s Founder, copper king Marcus Daly and his wife, Margaret Daly.

The dogs will race at noon, the hogs will be called at 1pm and the pig will be kissed at 2pm on July 28. To enter the races or the calling, call 360-4520.
