Indecent Exposure Charge at Missoula County Jail [DOCUMENT]

30 year-old Justus Aram Miller, currently incarcerated in the Missoula County Detention Center on a felony charge of assault with a weapon, has now also been charged with indecent exposure after allegedly exposing his genitals to a female inmate who was walking by his cell.

According to court documents (see attachment) Miller exposed himself to Christina Southern on Sunday, September 2nd. Jail authorities have audio and video evidence of the incident, even though Miller has denied the exposure ever happened.

Indecent exposure is a misdemeanor.
