History Heroes Wanted

The Montana Historical Society is seeking history heroes to honor. The Montana Heritage Keepers awards will be presented to 2 winners, one from Eastern Montana and another from Western Montana, this September. The awards will go to the 2 Montanans that have gone above and beyond the call of duty  to preserve and protect their  local, area or statewide history and heritage.  Nominations must be received no later than June 1st  and include narrative and examples of the work the nominee has done including such things as newspaper articles, letters of support from the community and awards.
