Hillview Driver Charged With Two Counts Of Homicide [AUDIO]

21 year-old Justin Barber has been charged with two counts of vehicular homicide while under the influence after a second man died as a result of Sunday morning’s one-vehicle crash on Hillview Way. 21 year-old Jason McDonald died at the scene, and 18 year-old Joshua Gruebele died at a Missoula hospital. Another man is in serious condition at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. Deputy Missoula County Attorney Jennifer Clark says the two counts of vehicular homicide while under the influence carry a maximum penalty of 70 years in prison. Barber is also charged with vehicular assault. He was also hospitalized following the crash, in which all four men were ejected from the vehicle after it rolled down Moose Can Alley at 80 miles per hour.
