Friday, October 25, the Grizzly Scholarship Association will present its annual wine and beer festival at the Adams Center on the University of Montana campus.

GSA Assistant Director Jared Amoss said the event will feature dozens of local wines and beers, along with food from Western Montana restaurants.

"This is the eighth annual fundraiser for the Grizzly Scholarship Association," Amoss said. "This is the main event to help provide scholarships for University of Montana athletes. We'll have local names like Bitterroot Brewing, Kettlehouse, Tamarack Brewing and Flathead Brewing. Mission Mountain Winery and Steel Winery will be there along with Gallo, and Prestige Wine and Spirits. We'll feature food from Worden's Market, University Catering, Jaker's, Brooks and Browns and many more fine restaurants."

Amoss said tickets for the event are still available.

"Tickets are $60 and are available through the GSA office by calling 243- 6481, and tickets may also be available at the door on Friday night," Amoss said. "You must be 21 or older to attend. Doors will open at 7 p.m. and the event goes until 10 p.m. at the Adams Event Center."
