Saturday night in Pocatello, the University of Montana football team earned their first shutout since 2009 with a 33 to 0 drubbing of Idaho State.

The Grizzly defense was particularly impressive. The Bengal offense could only muster 5 first downs and less than 150 yards of total offense. The Griz also forced seven ISU turnovers.

With the win, the Griz are all alone in second place in the Big Sky Conference at 3-1. They will host Portland State, who fell to Montana State 38-36, next Saturday at 1:00 PM.
