GREAT FALLS, Mont. (AP) — Four-time state Class AA wrestling champion Cole Mendenhall of Great Falls High has signed a letter of intent to wrestle for the University of Wyoming.

Wyoming coach Mark Branch announced the signing Monday.

The Great Falls Tribune reports Mendenhall posted a 130-7 record during his high school career. He won the state title at 140 pounds this winter and recently finished second at the Senior Nationals tournament.

Mendenhall joins four-time state champion Ben Stroh of Chinook, who signed with the Cowboys in November.
