Great Falls Man in Custody After Report of Shots Fired

GREAT FALLS, Mont. (AP) — A 23-year-old man who police say fired shots Sunday morning toward a woman driving a car that also contained her 4-year-old daughter has been taken into custody.

Police say Isaac Tray Brown of Great Falls was arrested on suspicion of assault with a weapon, criminal endangerment and misdemeanor possession of dangerous drugs.

Police tell the Great Falls Tribune they were called about 1 a.m. by the woman who reported being shot at by Brown. Police say the two had been involved in a disturbance earlier.

The woman told police a vehicle containing Brown and another adult male cut her off.

She says she heard gun shots as she drove off.
