Great Falls Man Arrested After Stabbing, Shooting
GREAT FALLS, Mont. (AP) — A 46-year-old Great Falls man is charged with attempted deliberate homicide and assault with a weapon after another man told police he was stabbed and threatened with a gun during a dispute over payment for methamphetamine.
The Great Falls Tribune reports Theodore Major Green was arrested Thursday for an altercation that occurred in March, but was not immediately reported. Green's bail was set at $100,000.
The victim told police he was using methamphetamine with Green when Green began to demand he pay him for the drugs.
Court records say the victim told investigators Green stabbed him in the shoulder near his spine, grazed the back of his knee with a bullet fired from a 9-millimeter handgun and then placed the gun to the side of his head and threatened to kill him.
