Americans for Prosperity, a conservative activist group, has organized a rally for Friday in Bozeman to protest lack of Congressional action regarding the 'fiscal cliff.'

Participants are asked to meet at the Gallatin County courthouse on Main street at noon on Friday, where Joe Balyeat, state director of Americans for Prosperity and Deputy Director Harry Kriegel will share their views on the fiscal cliff negotiations in Washington, D.C.

Local activists will also help to celebrate Bill of Rights Day and the first ever Tea Party of 1773. Following the comments, participants will walk to Senator Max Baucus' office for a pre-arranged meeting with staffers to voice their opposition to out-of-control government spending.
