On Tuesday, U.S. Energy Secretary Dr. Stephen Chu was asked to give himself a grade regarding his departments efforts to control the price of gas at the pump. Here's what he had to say.

Technically, the grade could be an A+, but the real question is what Dr. Chu is basing his grade on. As part of the same series of hearings, Dr. Chu publicly changed his former position that "somehow we have to figure out how to boost the price of gasoline to the levels in Europe."

If the good grade isn't for boosting the price of gas what could it possibly be for? We want to know what you think.
