Four Grizzlies Named Preseason All-Conference

The University of Montana football team had four players on the 2011 preseason All-Big Sky Conference team the league announced Monday.

Junior tight end Greg Hardy was named to the offensive team. Senior defensive tackle Bryan Waldhauser, senior linebacker Caleb McSurdy and senior cornerback Trumaine Johnson were named to the defensive team.

Eastern Washington, the defending Football Championship Subdivision national champion and likely conference favorite when the preseason polls are announced Tuesday, had a league-high seven selections on the 29-athlete offensive, defensive and special teams.
