The most wanted face of terrorism, Osama Bin Laden, was killed in Pakistan on Sunday. Bin Laden was taken down by the U.S. military almost 10 years after the tragic events of September 11th , 2001, which claimed over 3,000 American lives. Long before September 11th  American officials considered Bin Laden responsible for the killing  of American soldiers in Somalia and in Saudi Arabia. The first attack was on the World Trade Center in 1993. Director of the Montana World Affairs Council, Mark Johnson  says this is an iconic moment for Americans.

Montana’s congressional delegation is honoring members  of the military and thanking them for their service over the past ten years as they welcome the news of Bin Laden’s death.
