KLYQ Everything Spring Bitterroot Spring Fair

 

It’s that time of year again, spring and the KLYQ Spring Fair are just around the corner. This year, there will be over 100 exhibits. The fair includes items and information on home, health, fitness, sports, recreation and senior lifestyle.

Business owners are encouraged to share what new projects they have been working on since last year’s event.

Venue

The KLYQ Everything Spring Bitterroot Spring Fair will take place at the First Interstate Event Center at the Hamilton Fairgrounds. Directions can be found here.

How to Get Involved

This event provides a great opportunity to test a new market, generate sales leads, make direct sales and introduce new products. Do you have a business that you would like to be featured in the show? There are still spots available. If you are interested in sharing your new innovations,contact the KLYQ Radio in Hamilton at 406-363-3010 for more information.

Booth Information

This event provides a customary-type, trade show atmosphere. A skirted table and two chairs will be provided to each vendor. Electrical chords will not be included, so be sure to bring your own 25′ cord, if needed.

Booth set up and move in is from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, March 22. All exhibits must be set up by 7 p.m. There will be no set-ups on Saturday.

Booth move out is from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, March 23. There will be no early move-outs allowed.

The rates are as follows:

      Bldg. A- 10′ x 10′ Booth (Corner)   $310

      Bldg. A- 10′ x 10′ Booth (Straight)  $285

      Extra Skirted Table                         $35

      Outside Space                                 $125

Please be sure to have your Booth Rental Agreement, as well as the Release Form filled out and paid in full, two weeks prior to the event.
