DILLON, Mont. (AP) — The University of Montana Western says athletic director Mark Durham will be leaving his position after this month.

Durham has been Western’s athletic director since 2007. He previously was the school’s head basketball coach and an assistant.

School officials say Durham is taking a job with a Bozeman insurance company, where he will be closer to his two daughters.

Western spokesman David Nolt says the university is working on a plan to replace Durham.
