Drug Testing In The Work Place

The House has endorsed Legislation giving employers the right to drug test, and fire someone, for using medical marijuana, on the job. Representative Steve Fitzpatrick says most industrial employers in the state support this bill, for safety and liability reasons.

There are about 24 bills dealing with medical marijuana this legislative session.
