A Filer police officer who returned to the scene of a DUI arrest to look for cash the suspect believed she dropped during her field sobriety tests ended up arresting her passenger for DUI.

The Times-News reports (http://bit.ly/19j6uML ) officers were booking 28-year-old Krystal Rae Webb into the Twin Falls County jail late on Dec. 22 when she reported the missing cash.

An officer who returned to the scene saw a vehicle driving toward him in the alley and recognized Webb's passenger as the driver. Officers arrested 47-year-old James Lloyd Parker.

Court records say Webb's blood-alcohol level was 0.204 percent while Parker's was 0.126. The legal limit is 0.08 percent.

Webb pleaded not guilty to excessive DUI on Dec. 23 while Parker pleaded not guilty to DUI. Both were appointed public defenders.
