This is pretty impressive. A 75 year long study that followed 268 Harvard undergraduates starting in 1938 has just found the key to happiness. The Grant Study tracked everything from these men’s IQs to the length of their genitalia.

The study not only found the key to happiness, it also found the key to destruction. It was proved that alcoholism destroys marriages and your health, and is linked to depression. I think this may have been an unintended, but useful finding from the study.

What is the key to happiness? Is it money? No, money is the root of all evil. Right? How about fame? Good looks? A great personality? Cute kids? Your health?

Any one of these may be a great contender, but none of these are the key to happiness. The key, you see, is something quite simple, but also quite amazing. According to the Grand Study, the key to happiness is love.

Relationships matter. People matter. So, go enjoy the people in your life who are the key to your happiness.
