County Attorney Comments On Beau Donaldson [AUDIO]

Deputy Missoula County Attorney Shaun Donovan clears the air regarding comments made by the attorney representing suspended University of Montana football player Beau Donaldson, who is accused of sexual intercourse without consent.

Donovan outlines the charges and possible penalties against Donaldson, and discusses how a judge might decide his sentence. Donovan says Donaldson must plead guilty to avoid a trial, which is scheduled for September. My interview with Donovan is below.
