The 9Th  annual central and southwest Asia conference concludes tomorrow. The days events get underway at 10:00 a.m. tomorrow, with a discussion about women and ethno-religious conflict in Afghanistan. At noontime there will be a presentation on the Egyptian uprising. Followed at 1:00 p.m. by religion, state and popular culture in Russia. The conclusion will begin at 7:00 p.m. with a keynote presentation by dr. Merhdad Kia who reminds us of the reach of the former Soviet Union.

 The event is open and free to the public at the University of Montana.
