The Ravalli County Fair and Rockin' RC Rodeo is upon us! If you are an exhibitor (and there are thousands of those), Sunday, August 26, is the day you bring your entries to the fairgrounds in Hamilton. The judges and volunteers will be waiting for you at the First Interstate Event Center from 12 noon to 7 p.m. All Open Class Still Exhibits are due on that day. The Floral entries are not due until Monday. The check-in time for the floral entries is 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday at the fairgrounds. Sunday is also the time for all Girl Scout exhibits. They will accept those from 12 noon to 5 p.m. Livestock must be in the barns by 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Wednesday, August 29, the Ravalli County Fair Parade will start at 10 a.m. and will be on Hamilton's Main Street. Entrants line up on the west end of Main, around 8th and 9th streets. The parade heads east on Main. If you want to enter, do it Monday at the Bitterroot Chamber of Commerce office in Hamilton and get your entry number. It's free.
