When you think of a border patrol agent in Montana, you picture guys in green driving the "hi-line" trying to keep all those Canadians from sneaking into the US. It is not uncommon to hear the word "EH" and "A-boot" in Havre. But, apparently speaking Spanish in Havre makes you a suspected illegal. Recently a video has surfaced online, showing a U.S. Border Patrol agent questioning U.S. citizens for simply speaking Spanish.

According to MTN News

Ana Suda - who was born in Texas and now lives in Havre - stopped with a friend at a Town Pump store to buy milk and eggs. They were speaking Spanish when the agent asked them for their documents.

Suda said she paid for her items, gave the agent her identification, and she started recording video of the incident in the parking lot.
