As this incident report photo shows, vehicles had a difficult time keeping their wheels on the slick pavement of I-90 this morning. Gusty winds and black ice made long stretches of highway, particularly around the Rock Creek area, almost impossible to safely navigate. Montana Highway Patrol Captain Greg Watson gives us more specifics.

The commercial vehicle that resulted in an injury also punctured both of its fuel tanks, which required specialists to drain the fuel before the vehicle could be safely removed.
