Bitterroot Bucs Hosting Fundraiser Tonight

Tonight in Florence, the Bitterroot Bucs American Legion baseball team will host their biggest fundraiser of the year.

The annual "Dining On The Diamond" fundraiser begins at 6:30.

The Bucs players set up several tables and chairs all over the actual playing field, and serve as waiters throughout the night.

Cafe Firenze was kind enough to cater this year's event, and a full three-course meal will be served.

Bucs manager Deric Stephens says the most exciting part of the fundraiser is seeing how well his players actually clean up. The Bucs will trade in their usual uniforms for formal wear.

Tickets can be purchased for $35, and a small amount will be available at the door tonight. If you aren't able to attend, donations can also be mailed to:
