'Tis the season to have fun browsing and buying at various community holiday bazaars and craft fairs.

We have a couple in the Bitterroot Valley happening this Saturday, November 18, that we wanted to let you know about, one near Florence and one in Stevensville.

The Florence/Carlton Community Church Bazaar is from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Enjoy a lunch of homemade soup and sandwiches along with pie, cinnamon rolls and more. The bake sale includes fancy breads and cookies. There's handmade items like aprons and towels, and some special silent auction items. The church is located at 20075 Old Highway 93, just a few miles north of Florence.

And St. Mary's Family Center, 400 Charlos St. in Stevensville is putting on their Holiday Bazaar on Saturday. One interesting tidbit we heard about on that one was from Jackie Corder, whose daughter Amanda will be selling her beautiful dream catchers she makes at home, along with her homemade dog cookies. Amanda is raising tuition money for her veterinarian studies she will begin at Montana-Western this winter! So check those out and lots lots more in Stevi.  Hours are 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

If your non-profit group has an event like this coming up, drop me an email and we'll do our best to give you some free publicity on the radio. Just send the details to denny@kyssfm.com.
