HELENA, Mont. (AP) — Montana Lottery officials say a Billings man has won $250,000 in a scratch-off game.

Lottery officials said Monday that Richard Schneider claimed the Quarter Million Cash prize with a ticket he bought at a Trading Post in Billings.

Schneider declined to release further information about himself to lottery officials.

Quarter Million Cash is a $20-per-ticket scratch game that was introduced in 2010.
