BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — A 29-year-old Billings man is charged with grabbing a woman off the street, raping her at a construction site and stealing her dog.

The Billings Gazette reports (http://bit.ly/1KW8k7G ) Joseph Raymond Weinreber was charged with felony sexual intercourse without consent. He did not enter a plea during his initial appearance in Justice Court. Bail was set at $100,000.

Charging documents say the 19-year-old woman, who has autism, reported she was walking her therapy dog on Oct. 5 when Weinreber forced her into his car by threatening to kill her and the dog. She reported they drove to a construction site where he raped her in a portable toilet. He returned her to a store. Weinreber is charged with misdemeanor theft because the woman's dog was not returned.

The woman said her boyfriend knew Weinreber.
