[/captionLIVINGSTON, Mont. (AP) — A 27-year-old Billings man has pleaded guilty to aggravated burglary for his role in tying up a 72-year-old Park County woman, stealing from her and fleeing in her car.

The Livingston Enterprise reports Brent Lee Cloward pleaded guilty Thursday in District Court in Livingston in an agreement that calls for a 20-year prison sentence with 10 suspended. An aggravated kidnapping charge was dismissed.

Cloward, 24-year-old Tilicia Elliott and 26-year-old Mary Elizabeth Johnson were all charged in the April 2011 burglary.

Prosecutors allege Elliott called the woman — a friend of her grandmother's — asking for help because she was having car trouble. The woman took them back to her house, where she was bound with duct tape and her car taken.

Elliott and Johnson still face trial.
