BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — A 59-year-old Billings man has died in a motorcycle crash on U.S. Highway 87 northeast of Billings.

The Montana Highway Patrol says the man was riding his Harley-Davidson southbound at about 7:10 p.m. Sunday when his motorcycle went off the right side of the highway and jumped a curb. The motorcycle rolled and came to rest in a nearby parking lot.

The rider was not wearing a helmet and died at the scene. His name hasn't been released.
