When the Missoula County Sheriff’s Department needs some help from above, they don’t have far to look. Chaplain Chuck Lee is right there, whenever they need him. Lee goes on Coroner calls to help comfort family members..Lee goes to accident scenes to offer a helping hand to those who are hurting..he counsels law enforcement personnel when they’ve been hurt of wounded..and he performs weddings and funerals when called upon. Now, the Sheriff’s Department wants to return some of that help to Chaplain Lee with a benefit dinner. I spoke with Information Officer Jason Johnson about the dinner on Monday.
