Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks successfully tranquilizer and relocated a female black bear feeding in backyards in Missoula. Officials believe she may have journeyed out of the rattlesnake area and was feeding on the abundance of fall fruits. The small female weighing less than 200 pounds was darted at a residence on Plymouth Avenue and moved out of the city.  FWP reminds residence to be on the look out for bears this time of year and to keep their yards clear of fruit tree debris, pet food and bird seed.
