Last week, Barry Beach, convicted for the1979 murder of teenager Kimberly Nees of Poplar , was granted a new trial. Tomorrow  he could be released from jail until his new trial. Beech's attorney Terrance Toav  explains.

Beach is serving 100 years for the murder. After confessing to the murder, beach has maintained his innocence for years saying the confession was coerced. His bail hearing is tomorrow  in Lewistown. If the judge does not grant beach a bond within his means, he will be detained in either the Fergus County Jail or the Roosevelt County Jail.
